During her wedding planning process, Steph Clark, owner and (current) sole employee of Under the Oak Tree Planning realized planning weddings brought her more joy than she’d ever planned. Being a project manager in biotech brings some sense of joy— creating new products and new ways of doing things but not quite the joy of picking the perfect vendor or finding the perfect wedding accessory. Now, she’s bringing that joy in organizing even the little things to those who need support. We’re all busy but it doesn’t have to make the process less than amazing.
